Ordered dining table, chairs and bed. Three months later we have been delivered two of the wrong chairs, a broken table and are still missing the rest of the chairs and our bed.

Have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service regarding broken chairs, wrong chairs, chairs with the wrong fabric broken table and now the bed is broken as well. Delivery dates for the furniture that we do have were cancelled and reschedued 3 times before they delivered broken table and wrong chairs after fixing our order for the 12th time in three months. Customer service always promises to fix everything but nothing happens. They "inadvertently" charged our account a fradulent amount in excess of $400 and still have not refunded the money.

Every week they promise to resolve the issues and yet every week a new issue arises and the old issues fail to be resolved. We bought our first home and were excited to splurge on "nice furniture that would last decades." What a joke. Poor quality, every single item was broken or damaged in some way and it's been over three months and we are still missing half of our order. Every item has been sent back at least three times.

Every time I think it cant get worse, it does.

Horrible, stressful, expensive experience for cheap, poor quality product, inconvenient, unreliable delivery and fradulent company who charges your credit card in "error" and takes a month to refund your money. DO NOT BUY
