Please don't hold your breath waiting for Restoration Hardware to help you with your Brocade Home issue.

I purchased 2 items from Restoration Hardware early this summer. They did not work in my new house, so I returned them to the nearest store - and have a return receipt to prove.

It has been more than 10 weeks, and I still have only received credit for 1 of the 2 items, in spite of repeated correspondence with RH customer service AND filing a complaint with American Express.

So, if RH can't take care of their own customers, don't expect help on one of their subsidiary brands.

Monetary Loss: $188.
