Spent a lot of money with RH over the years including a large order recently. One item (bed spread) fell apart at the seams (literally) within a short period of time.

In looking more closely at the stitching, it is clear that this was a poorly made, though expensive, product. We discussed this with a sales clerk at the store who agreed that the product was defective and sent us to call customer service. Customer service was unhelpful, refused to stand behind the product, and basically said "too bad, would you like to purchase something else?" Really, RH? This is not the first time we have received poorly made products from RH, but this is not the way we have been treated in the past.

Before, sales associates could and would help and would find a way to correct the situation. Now you get told to call CS and they don't help.

I am shredding the RH credit cards and will not be purchasing from them again. They have now shown me who they are and how they want to operate their business, and I will adapt accordingly.
